Before I began my journey on releasing weight I thought I was eating well. Turns out, I wasn't eating enough and skipped many meals duing the week with late night snacking. This behavior, unbeknownst to me, created issues with my existing IBS and constant bloating. Once I started my meal plan with Andrew, I was worried that with the structure I wouldn't be able to make it through the month!
But with Andrew's guidance and knowledge, he helped me to understand the importance of my relationship to food. He kept me accountable every day! This helped me to build my confidence to stay committed! I now am able to bounce back from having an off day and still keep the weight off.
