Andrew Baer, RDN, LDN

I’m here to help you lose weight sustainably with a balanced and flexible eating approach. I believe building a healthy relationship with food that focuses on being mindful and listening to your body will allow you to reach your weight loss goals and sustain it for the rest of your life.
 

I understand how it feels to start a diet just to fall short because it doesn’t address your personal needs. I’ve been there too. I know you’re tired of the one size fits all plans that doesn’t focus on you the individual.
 

As a dietitian, I embrace the idea that we are all different. We all have unique tastes, preferences and lifestyles that make us who we are. I believe having an individualized approach is essential to sustainable change.
