My Philosophy

I embrace the idea that we are all different, therefore I address not only your nutritional needs but also your unique preferences, tastes, and lifestyles. 

 

I don't want to be thought of as the food police.  My goal is to help people create a better relationship with food in a way that is fun and sustainable. I love sharing my knowledge and enjoy helping others achieve their personal goals.

My Background

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. I am a board certified Registered Dietitian. I work with clients of all ages and am most passionate about counseling for weight management, sports nutrition, diabetes management, and cardiovascular complications.

In my spare time you will find me working out at a gym, listening to music, reading a book and spending quality time with my family and friends. Oh – and Sundays are dedicated to meal prepping.
