I’m a registered dietitian and I’m here to help you lose weight sustainably with a balanced and flexible eating approach.

Growing up with a bad relationship with food, it was normal for me to avoid food or binge eat. This led to an eat disorder that lasted years. Eventually, I overcame this experience through much behavioral modification, lifestyle changes and focusing on building a better relationship with food. Those struggles are what sent me on my journey to study nutrition. I’ve been where you’ve been & I understand what it's like to feel lost because I was too. Let’s do this together!

I love sharing a science based approach to nutrition and wellness, but I also love sharing my journey in all its flaws and hoping it will give you the courage to share yours with me. Through science based nutrition education, mindful eating and experiences throughout my life, I have come to understand the importance of having a healthy relationship with food.
 

Learning how to incorporate the foods you love, finding balance and flexibility within your diet,
and prioritizing exercise in a way that makes sense are the keys to a healthy life and a body that
you are proud of.

In my spare time you will find me working out, listening to music or a podcast, reading a book
and spending quality time with my family and friends. Oh and Sunday’s are dedicated to meal
prepping.

Qualifications

I’ve been a practicing registered dietitian for over 3 years. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics From Lasalle university in Philadelphia. I am a board certified registered dietitian with the commission on dietetic registration.
